Provide clear photos/videos showing the issue with the product
Include their order number in the request
If no proof of damage or issue is provided, a full refund will not be issued.
Product Dissatisfaction
If you simply do not like the product or changed your mind after delivery, we do not offer full refunds.
However, as a gesture of goodwill, we may offer:
A 50% discount code for your next purchase
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
Incorrect sizing chosen by the customer
Change of mind
Products used improperly
Requests made after the return period
Processing Time
